"Pass the demons and angels of the mind through your emotional centre and what emerges is a kind of waking dream. That's what I aim to reproduce in my drawings and 3D 'assemblages'. The intellectual arguments of the art gallery may be in there somewhere, but they only get in the way when you are trying to capture something even more illusive".
